Description of the job

A vacancy for Entry Mechanics (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. The successful applicant will join “Operations MRO NH90”

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks include:

* Support for the helicopters during maintenance/inspection and upgrade measures in the entry area and during the inspection/conversion phases
* Preparation of the helicopters for flight operations
* Pre/post-flight checks
* Execution of plannable maintenance events on mechanical HV components, flight control, hydraulics, tank system and dynamic systems
* Execution of work within the scope of upgrade programs such as FOC Layup
* Error analysis and troubleshooting
* Confirmation of the measures carried out in the military documentation (e.g. logbook, SASPF work order)
* Reporting errors in the electronic documentation (AFTO22)
* Elaboration of suggestions for improvement

Required skills

You have the following knowledge and qualifications:

* You have completed vocational training as an electrician or equivalent
* You have practical experience in the field of production or maintenance and repair work on the helicopter/aircraft
* You have experience in the field of entry
* Experience with military aircraft is desirable
* Experience with technical documentation systems is desirable
* You have an independent and flexible way of working
* Conscientiousness and a sense of responsibility characterize you
* You have an advanced knowledge of German
* You have experience with Technical English
* Willingness to work shifts
