Client

Our client is a global on wing and off wing engine maintenance company holding both EASA and FAA approvals.They are also one of the first European MROs to receive LEAP 1 approvals.

Due to company expansion we are looking to recruit an Engine Mechanic to join the skilled and professional workforce. This is a great opportunity for engineers who have an aircraft engine background, specifically if you have just finished an engine engineering apprecticeship we would welcome your application.

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for performing maintenance primarily on CFM56 series engines, and moving forward, with training, the LEAP-1A engine, so strong engine workshop experience is important. Additional experience on the CF6-80 and V2500 would be an advantage.

To perform routine maintenance/inspection/SB embodiment on CFM56 series aircraft engines to the highest quality standards. Competency to follow appropriate Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Engine Shop Manual procedures. Demonstrate required knowledge of Quality Procedures, as well as EASA/FAA Part 145 requirements and procedures Perform supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as required.

Ideal candidate's profile:

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Aviation Industry performing maintenance on commercial aircraft engines. Apprenticeship at an EASA Part 145 maintenance organization or FAA/A&P license. Availability to work flexibly, i.e. weekends and holidays if required.
