Main purpose of job
* Assembly of Hybrid units in a Clean room Environment.
* Operating Manufacturing Equipment.
* Following Health and Safety Procedures.
* Following Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.


Key Responsibilities
* Assembly of Hybrids in the main manufacturing area which includes processes such as Dice-bonding, Auto Dice-bonding, Manual and Auto Wire-bonding.
* Functional test of Hybrid units using ATE equipment.
* Functional trim of Hybrid units using Laser equipment.
* Encapsulation of Hybrid units using Resistance Welding equipment.
* Printing of Conductor, Dielectric and Resistive material onto Alumina substrates.
* Environmental testing of Hybrid units.
* Solder assembly processes.
* Any other manufacturing processes to meet business requirements.


Personal Requirements
* Good manual dexterity.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Good verbal and communication skills.
* Team player.
* Able to work to own initiative.
* Ability to multi-task and deal with a varied work load.
* Outstanding integrity.


Working Hours

Working hours are 8 hours per day (39 hours a week). Working hours may change with reasonable notice to meet Business needs. Employees may be required to work shifts including a 2 or 3 shift system.
