-Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day/night)
-Having strong decision making skills
-Minimum Graduate (12+3) from government recognized universities
-Minimum experience – 3 years
-Industry Preference – Airlines, Mall Management, Hotels
Key outcomes expected from the role:
-Handling of customer and other complaints and queries at the terminal
-Work in close liaison with airline ground personnel to ensure high standards of service delivery as per OMDA and ASQ standards.
-Assist and support passengers and other staff in the terminal during all emergency situations including bomb threat, fire and civil exigencies.
-Monitor and track the performance of the various operational facilities like passenger baggage trolleys, operation of inter terminal coaches plying from airside, high standards of cleanliness of lounges, washrooms etc. in the terminals.
