We currently have an opening in Crew Planning at our Berlin Tegel location to start working immediately as a Duty Officer in Crew Contro.

Your duties:

  • Creating and monitoring the duty rosters for flight personnel
  • Implementing changes to duty rosters based on legal and financial requirements
  • Acting as flight personnel contact for duty rosters
  • Notifying crew of scheduling changes
  • Monitoring crew composition and qualification for all Germania flights
  • Planning, monitoring and modifying flight personnel training
  • Booking transfers and accommodations for crew members
  • Collaborating closely with traffic control centres, sales, flight operations and the training department

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an air traffic management assistant, aviation service personnel or similar training
  • Work experience in aviation a plus
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of EU-OPS 1 Subpart Q and of EASA FTL a plus
  • Experience with a crew management system such as AIMS or Netline a plus
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with exceptional social skills, initiative, strong resolve, team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work shifts (early late and night shifts), seven days a week, 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
