You will be responsible to handle Shift Operations independently of Assembly (Tray setup) and Amiri departments and able to control the Unit activities as a whole, if need arises.
You have to manage all operational aspects of Amiri department during your shift. Manage the shift schedule to ensure productivity of KPIs, HACCP targets and Overtime are maintained within the parameters set by the senior management. You have to make sure all food safety and HACCP procedures of the company are adhered to and all staff and other resources are correctly used and productivity ensured in the shift. Keep regular liaision with other departments like Admin, Service Delivery, Assembly, Ware Wash and Laundry to ensure proper communications at all times with regards to catering uplift and special services. One of the major job responsibility will be to maintain close liasion with QACC finance department regarding costing and pricing of ad hoc flights (Amiri, Exec Jet etc.) to ensure correct invoicing. In addition, you have an added responsibility to liaise with the VIP team and VIP customers.
You will be required to manage, lead, and train all staff in your shift in order to create dynamic, high-performance Operations Team that can meet the operational needs.About You
You should be Graduate with diploma in hotel/catering management. You must have 5 years or more experience in Operations of a Flight catering industry as Supervisor or as Officer handled all sorts of flights. Candidate from packaging section in a large food production can also be consider for this role.
You must have HACCP Certification or related trainings. Must be well versed of computer applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are the basic requirements of this role.
