Mission : As part of the business strategy and in compliance with the company's procedures, you will have to :

- Lead the documentation coordination between the different actors (outfitters, Part 21, military, aircraft manufacturer, suppliers)

- Organize regular progress reviews

- Report progress and deviations to the Program Director

- Organize workshops with involved parties to understand the end customer requirements, define adaptations

- Facilitate agreement between the parties who shall implement and perform modifications

- Achieve approval of way forward from the client and follow up through to final delivery 

- Contribute to documentation adaptations where agreed

- Perform final acceptance of documentation deliverables (ensuring consistency, interdependency, conformity of content and format)

 

Profile :

- You have advanced expertise in managing aircraft documentation creation, tracking and content orginated from Part 21 engineering documents

- You have a good understanding of different civilian and military documentation requirements

- You have good knowledge of drafting documentation using simplified technical English

- You are able to attain NATO clearance

- You write and speak English fluently (other languages desirable : French, Spanish, German)

- You have the right to work in EU countries

- You are able to travel as required (at least once a month)

- You are customer minded, and have good intercultural skills

- You are highly organized and are able to work autonomously 

- You are interested in travelling internationally in order to achieve these missions
