CAE Parc Aviation is currently assisting a key client with the recruitment of Maintenance System Director to manage CAMO and line maintenance tasks.


  • CAMO and line maintenance organization management
  • To manage and control CAMO Tasks according to GCAA, CAR Part M and or EASA Regulations 
  • Comply with all internal audit requirements and correct any deficiencies at the earliest opportunity in compliance with the regulatory requirement
  • Ensure that all maintenance is conducted in full compliance with external regulatory and internal company policy
  • Ensure all maintenance standards and practices are followed in compliance with both the regulatory requirement and Type Certificate or Original Equipment Manufacturer instructions for continuing airworthiness
  • Plan qualified manpower resources to perform all required activities


  • Holder of engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic or avionic studies;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in technical area in commercial air transport with large aircraft, out of which minimum 2 years of management experience;
  • Knowledge of EASA Part M and Part 145, or UAE GCAA CAR M and CAR 145
  • Knowledge of quality systems.
  • English speaking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.
