Deputy Head of Compliance and Safety

On behalf of our long-standing client, a leading global business aviation organisation, we are searching for a Deputy Head of Compliance and Safety to join their team located in the South of England on a permanent basis. 

You would be joining a world leader in business aviation services – providing unrivalled opportunities to build your career.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Identify risks through trend analysis of Compliance & Safety data
  • Ensure effective management of regulatory and legislative changes that affect the organization
  • Ensure all documentation reflects current practice and complies with regulatory and company requirements
  • Assist in the management of the annual audit programme
  • Undertake audits and inspections 
  • Verify effectiveness of the compliance monitoring function
  • Liaise with Regulatory Authorities and third parties as necessary

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Aircraft Engineer Licence or min 5 years’ experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management
  • Experience/knowledge of EASA Regulations, Safety Management System and Compliance Monitoring
  • Qualified Auditor
  • Compliance monitoring / auditing software competency
