The position, Dept. GM of Revenue would see the candidate devise the company strategy to maximize revenue, performance, pricing and yield management
To seize opportunities, where the client’s long haul product can be developed and a forecast model can be produced to optimize company growth.
Study and asses the current market conditions.
Frequent sales meeting would require you to work closely with internal parties, to discuss and devise appropriate actions that would assist in pricing, strategies and market intelligence.
Analysis of revenue fluctuation and investigation into abnormal fluctuations would be part of the performance criteria and to adjust accordingly to increase revenue.
A monthly pre arrangement plan will be forecast to analyze the trends in fair usage.
Along with a detailed report in revenue, markets and flight data.
To seek out new long haul routes where future profit can be obtained.
Annual conferences will be a part of this role. Continuation in growth and new business with external parties will be a large part of this role.
All applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Business.
Must have at least 7 years in a revenue management position.
3 years of senior management experience is also needed.
A familiarity with the Asian aviation market is a great benefit.
A string independent work ethic with the ability to cope within a challenging and fast paced environment.
Proven analytical skills.
Good communication skills and a problem solving nature would be essential skills for this position.
All candidates’ mast have a strong command of Cantonese Mandarin and English.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint Chinese word and Excel.
