Client:
My client is a world –class consultancy with the aviation industry. They are an ambitious company with an enviable reputation that have grown rapidly.

Main activities:
This role will report directly into the Practice Director and offers a variety of sales support activities including managing client workshop programme, setting appointments with senior executives and leading the follow up on marketing campaigns. This is a new but very important role for my Client and they are looking for somebody go-getting to fully embrace the opportunity, hit the ground running and grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:
·Manage the Client Workshop Programme
oManage campaign schedule (min of 12 per annum)
oEnsuring that influential people in the target audience are invited to attend
oManage registrations via the CRM
oSend out joining instructions / pre course questionnaires
oConfirm attendance
oAttend events
oManage all event follow up
·Manage Webinar attendance
oEnsuring that influential people in our target audience are invited to attend
oAttend the Webinars
oManage post webinar follow up
·Set senior executive level appointments (post holder and accountable managers) with new and existing target clients on behalf of the Directors
·Follow up on Consultancy led marketing campaigns and direct interest generated to the BD team

Ideal candidate’s profile:
·Assertive, tenacious, positive and a happy team player with a ‘go get’ attitude and the ability to work independently
·Detail orientated, methodical and well organised
·Client focussed with an excellent and courteous telephone manner
·Well organised and proficient with diary management and the use of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced use of Microsoft Word, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
·Have a flexible and dynamic work ethic and be prepared to support other team members when required.
·The applicant must be a strong verbal and written communicator with confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels in an organisation.
