Working across check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services and ticketing, you’ll ensure the highest levels of safety and security. In this front-line role you will be a key ambassador for our business, so it’s important that everything you do is underpinned by a ‘customer first’ approach.
GSAT trained with proven experience in an airline customer services environment, you combine excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
