We have an excellent opportunity to join the heart and soul of our business as a part time customer service representative. Working at our fabulous FBO in Luton, you will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers whilst ensuring a smooth transition from the start to finish of our customers journey with Signature Flight Support.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To perform this role successfully, you must have excellent customer service and people skills. Providing the best possible service to our customers is a must so we ensure they leave happy and continue to return.
Superb timekeeping and attendance with the ability to be flexible with your working hours is essential.
Do you speak additional languages? Although this is not essential, it is a huge advantage to interact with our customers and crews, along with building good relationships.
You must hold a valid and clean driving license to perform the day to day task of this position.
