Customer Service MRT (Mobile Repair Team) (m / f)indicator MTU BB 16 353-st

Your Responsibilities:

(MTU) is a leading manufacturer and marketer of services related to the automotive, aerospace and defense industries Support and spare engine sales to operators of P & WC products within Europe, Africa and the Middle East. We add value by leveraging the services and relationships of our partners.

  • Coordination and Proactive Management of the Provision of Mobile Repair Team (MRI) services to customers within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
  • Coordinate Mobile Repair Team (MRI) events, working closely with MRT service providers (P & WC UK, MTU, Fixed Based Operator (FBO) network)
  • Proactive and expedited support of urgent Aircraft on Ground (AoG) MRT support requests
  • Interdisciplinary co-operation with the CSC internal departments (Sales, Engineer Customer Account Managers, Finance, Legal), MTU and Luton MRTs, Field Service Representatives and the P & WC Headquarters in Montreal, Canada (Customer First, Customer Program, Service Engineering)
  • Coordinate PostRental Inspection Activities for Rental Engines with our FBO partners
  • Support the development of the FBO network within the EMEA region
  • Support the continual improvement of formally documented, detailed working processes to drive world class customer support levels
  • Provide weekend on call AoG support
  • EMEA region, improving operational efficiency and growing market share

Your Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (with strong commercial skills) 
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic international environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and work prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language 
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver
  • Proactive, driven mindset in the provision of worldclass Mobile repair support to all CSC customers
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP or other ERP platforms
