An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Customer Service Agent to join the UK team at Heathrow on a fixed term contract until October 2017. Working as part of our busy team you will strive for excellence in customer service, providing a friendly and efficient ticketing service, be pro-active in resolving issues and work closely with the airport team and handling agent.
You will be rostered over seven days and work a total of 37.5 hours per week with a roster pattern of four on, two off. Shift patterns rotate with early shifts beginning at 05:30, and late shifts beginning at 13:30. Flexibility around shift times and some overtime will be required.
Current Amadeus Pro-Web reservations and ticketing experience
Working knowledge of boarding systems
Customer service excellence, ideally in an airline environment
Excellent time management
Cool and calm under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to liaise and consult with staff at all levels.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail
Interpersonal and teamwork skills
Knowledge of airline check-in systems
Knowledge and experience working in the Airline or Travel Industry
First-hand knowledge/experience of the SAA product and/or destinations.
