Starting salary £7.66 an hour rising to £8.47 after 1 year + premium overtime rate over 37.5 hours
Join one of the world’s leading ground services providers as a Customer Service Agent at our busy Bristol Airport hub.
In this fast paced job, you’ll be supporting passengers with check in, baggage processing, reservations, ticketing and boarding. You’ll need be a genuine people person as you’ll often be the face of our organisation, greeting our arriving passengers, dealing with VIPs, handling complaints and carrying out other duties that make flying more pleasurable. In our international environment, multilingual skills would be a real benefit.
You’ll be a team player who’s fully focused on delivering a great service with colleagues who are dedicated and supportive. You may have to work late hours but there is flexibility. However, you may also have to travel to the airport at times when public transport is not available. An appreciation of our stringent rules is also a must as we operate in areas of tight security and the highest standards of safety.
We’re also looking for someone with:
Excellent communications skills
At least three GCSEs/O Levels or Leaving Cert (and equivalent)
The ability to operate computers and other specialist equipment
Multilingual skills would be a real benefit
