Morson have a new opportunity for a CS&T Business Reporting and Performance Controller.
To ensure that CS&S Business reporting is consistent with Senior Management's aims and remains aligned with the evolving business.
To act as a focal point for the collation of CS&T performance communications for the senior management team.
To engage with functional areas to understand recovery plans to meet performance targets confirming evidence of improvements and delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Have an overview level of understanding of Business Management, including a working knowledge of SAP infrastructure.
Knowledge of Project Management techniques and Business Support Tools and requirements, with a sound knowledge in EVMS and Risk Management techniques.
Analytical skills, proficiency with office suite applications, and familiarity with project/program management software tools are required, in particular extensive knowledge of MS Powerpoint and advanced MS Excel skills (Write VBA for Excel and utilise Excel functions e.g. LOOKUPs, IF statements etc)
Communications skills. Have the ability to collect/check/correct information to produce standard reports. Read, understand and make use of published information. Use of general statistics in performance of job role. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and with suppliers, sub-contractors and Customers.
