About the role:

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity, it is also a part time/ Job Share role working 24 hours per week. In this dynamic role you will lead a busy and self-motivated small team of eight who are responsible for the diagnosis and development of efficient processes and systems to ensure that the Group's debt is collected in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner and that the risk of fraud attacks and Group bad debts are kept to a minimum.

Reporting to the Head of Transaction Services, you will get great satisfaction from using your experience in fraud prevention and credit compliance management to monitor our current systems and also use your initiative to create new or streamlined systems, processes and procedures. These will ensure that credit worthiness assessments are conducted on all potential debtors, all debts are paid on time and suspect fraud attacks are investigated, to minimise risk and any adverse business impact.

What you’ll need:

You will be able to demonstrate significant project management experience and ideally hold a tertiary finance qualification. Your proven experience as a Leader of a team working in a high volume corporate environment detecting and managing fraud will see you and your team positively contribute to the financial future of the company. You will have a superior leadership style to actively motivate and coach your team to strive for best practice.
