CPL – Commercial Pilot Licence


Please note - this course is based in Montreal, Canada. We can offer foreign candidates help with visas and accommodation.

Admission requirements
1- Minimum Age: 18 years
2- Minimum Level of Education: High School (no specific classes required)
3- English Language: Proficiency level


Registration procedure
Every applicant for the Commercial Pilot and Instrument Rating course should submit the following documents to the Administration of the Academy together with the application form:

  •  Photocopy of Identity card or passport;
  •  Applicant’s photograph, passport size (2 copies);
  •  Photocopy of high school diploma;
  •  Class 1 Medical Exam (List of medical examiners will be provided);
  •  Registration fees : $100 CAD.

Duration of the course
18 to 24 months; provided that the student succeeds in all examinations at the first sitting.


Tuition fees, Cost of books and other expenses
Total tuition fee $ 56, 281 CAD. This includes all the necessary ratings and flight training required by Transport Canada. We also include the Multi-IFR rating in the total cost of the license.


If the student is dedicated and follows our program accordingly, he or she will be eligible to receive additional flying hours which surpass the minimum requirements FREE of charge.


The Program cost is calculated based on the ground course and flight training on a Cessna 172 and on our Piper Seneca multi-engine aircraft.


FOREIGN STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation per student per month: between $600 to $700 CAD.
Depending on allocated budget, we will find something that will work for you. We suggest something close to our training facilities.


Student Visa:
Upon receiving the application form filled and signed by the student together with all the registration procedure, we will send to the student the letter of admission to present it to the Canadian Embassy, Consular Section to apply for a visa.
