CAE Parc Aviation as part of CAE Inc., provide aviation personnel and services to airlines and aviation support organisations around the world.  Currently we provide more than 1,400 personnel to 70 clients in 40 different countries.  CAE Parc Aviation continues to grow and expand their service offering to clients. To assist in the operations of the Ferry Flights Services department with particular responsibilities arranging and coordinating observation, demonstration and ferry flights.


Reporting to the Head of Ferry Flight Services the successful candidate will be required to:

This is a challenging and a highly rewarding opportunity to develop your career in a fast moving aviation environment. The role will involve;

  • Co-ordination and assignment of suitable pilots to an operation
  • Co-ordination of clients to ensure that the company can meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Liaising with third party vendors to ensure flight operations are fully set up and organised as well as overseen to allow aircraft operate on schedule
  • Assist in the prompt preparation of invoices relating to operations performed
  • The role will require working a shift pattern in a department providing 24/7 operational cover, the successful candidate must have the ability to work alone as well as part of a department.



  • Previous and demonstrable commercial air transport operations experience.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable positive communications with a wide group of interested parties globally.
  • Ability to work well to deadlines with strong project management skills.
  • Strong PC skills required with knowledge of all company systems and MS office products.
