Coordination Manager Vacancy (Full time – Permanent)

Airport Coordination Limited (ACL) is the largest and leading independent airport coordination and capacity management organisation in the world. Based at Heathrow, the Company manages over three million aircraft movements annually, carrying in excess of 300 million passengers each year through the 38 Airports it serves.

ACL is currently searching for an aviation professional with a broad and in depth knowledge of the industry to lead a small team of coordinators in the allocation and management of scarce airport capacity in line with current regulations and industry guidelines.

For the Coordination Manager role the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong people and communication skills with the ability to lead and guide a team to confidently analyse data, communicating this effectively and make informed decisions based on this analysis.  Most importantly the successful candidate must be comfortable dealing with all levels within an organisation and be confident in representing ACL in a number of forums.

Typically, ACL requires at least five years of relevant experience within the airline, airport or travel industry.  A good knowledge of airlines and/or airports, ability to work under pressure and a keen interest in the aviation industry are essential.  You must have strong analytical skills, be competent in Microsoft Excel, well organised, highly motivated and a high level of accuracy. You will have a flexible approach to your work along with an ability to inspire and motivate your team.
