Job Description

Morson are currently seeking a Composite Repair Technician for their aircraft interiors manufacturing client based in Camberley. As a Composite Repair Technician you will be required to repair and rework composite panels and components to drawing specifications.


  • To perform composite repairs and reworks
  • Potting and bonding of inserts, blocks and pre-preg angles using various adhesives and epoxy resins
  • Drilling and tapping of holes, using various hand and air tools
  • Bonding composite panels and sub assembles to drawing specifications, and produce work to required standards.
  • Perform self-inspection of parts to drawing and control standards
  • Maintain Health and Safety disciplines at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and procedures
  • Disciplined to follow and work to procedural requirements
  • Competent in potting and bonding techniques using adhesies
  • Ability and experience of working with adhesives including epoxy resins and silicones
  • Able to use various measuring equipment, i.e. Verniers, layout sheets
  • Competent in bonding composite panels and assemblies to drawings
