Compliance Monitoring Manager
Due to the impending retirement of the current postholder, applications are invited from candidates for this senior role.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our approvals remain compliant with EASA regulations (AOC (Part Air Operations), Part 145, Part M, Part 147, & ATO) and other applicable officially recognised standards. Loganair is recognised by the CAA as being a complex operator and all applicants need to be aware of this significance.
As the Compliance Monitoring Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the compliance monitoring programme for our approvals, with added responsibility for the management and development of a small, growing audit team. You must be acceptable to the UK CAA as a nominated / designated postholder and liaise with the CAA and other external entities in line with the compliance monitoring function.
The successful candidate is to have significant and recent aviation auditing management experience having worked extensively in the aviation industry, with demonstrable evidence of managing audit teams, with a strong background and be knowledgeable in all aspects of the airline, ground and maintenance operations.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager having performed successfully in similar roles, will be a professionally accredited auditor, having at least 5 years relevant auditing experience, with an in depth knowledge of the duties and obligations associated with delivering a compliant air, ground and maintenance operations. The professional attributes regarding behaviour and performance, associated with a role of this nature and seniority, will clearly be necessary.
