CAE Parc Aviation is currently assisting a key client with the recruitment of Compliance Monitoring Auditor and Audit Manager to support their Flight and Ground Operations.

Role Responsibilities

As part of the Compliance team, this job is primarily responsible for the planning, preparation, managing and conduct of audits and inspections. The applicant will be responsible for the follow-up of corrective actions and the verification of compliance. The scope of audits are all areas of Flight Operations including OPC/PC, Ground Operation Activities including Fuel and De-Icing and all contracted activities.
Other responsibilities include the follow up of the Compliance Monitoring System and deputising for the Director Quality.

Qualification Requirements

 Minimum 3 years’ experience

  • Flight Operation Management, Ground Operations, IATA standards or
  • Airline Compliance Monitoring or
  • Aviation authorities, or
  • Training Organisations (ATO), or
  • Experience as Airline pilot - preferable with Long Haul experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office and crew planning systems.
  • Excellent understanding of principles and techniques for quality systems management
  • Able to live and work in Ireland.
  • No Criminal Records.

    

Desirable Requirements

  • Management position in aviation industry.
  • Previously held or has a current Type Rating B737 / B787
  • Previously held or has a current TRI /TRE
  • Experience from ETOPS operation.
  • EASA - FSTD, Simulator assesment  
  • IATA (IOSA) standards    
  • Structured
  • Systematic
  • Preferred knowledge within the EASA OPS regulations
  • Good communications skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to be persistent and promote quality
  • Effective planning/organizing skills, customer focused and analytical with good judgment, able to work under pressure and a team player
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office
