First People Solutions Limited are currently looking for a Compliance and Training Coordinator to be based in the South East.

It’s a permanent position; full-time: 37.5 hours a week

The Key Responsibilities will include the development and implementation of a continuous improvement programme to ensure that all appropriate legislative and company procedures are adhered to, providing the internal audit function to Technical Services department through independent validation of AMP updates and initial aircraft loading onto MIS system.


The successful candidate will have a full and comprehensive understanding of Part M/A8-25 & Part 145/A8-23 & Part 21G.


You will be IT literate, proficient user of MS office packages, Use of LEAN methodologies (Six Sigma) applying process improvement best practices /techniques and project management skills.


Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods is a must.

The successful candidate will possess the following:-

  • Human factors training undertaken
  • Recognised Part M Training Course accomplished
  • Recognised Part 145 Training Course accomplished (Part 145 regulates the approval of aircraft maintenance organisations)
  • Internal Auditor training
  • Previous experience in a management/ supervisory role within the Aviation/Aerospace industry.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a quality organisation.
