JMC Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial and Engineering Support Officer for a resurgent MRO in Hampshire currently going through an exciting phase of their rebirth with new contracts in the pipeline and ambitions to extend their Part 145 approvals.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial and Engineering Support Officer will be integral in providing an interface between the customer and the company. Duties will include:
Building strong relationships with the customer to assist in meeting their day-to-day expectations.
Interpreting the individual customer requirements into a working contract brief
Communicating the contract requirements onto production, Planning Engineers, and Purchasing and Stores, to ensure the customer receives the best possible level of service.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Commercial Aviation experience with demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a Part 145 MRO environment
Previous experience of working in a customer liaison role, for example, Account Management
Excellent knowledge of EASA, CAA and FAA requirements within a Part 145 MRO environment
Is IT literate and has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Experience of Envision (Rusada) software is highly advantageous
Is flexible in their approach with the ability to progress additional work requests and able to get a job done
Excellent team player with ability to liaise with different departments to achieve a common goal
This role is offered on a full time basis, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
