CAE Parc are presently recruiting for the role of Chief Instructor Cabin on behalf of our client airline.  This role will be based in Ireland and in addition to regular duties as a CCCTI, the Chief Instructor Cabin (CIC) will report directly to the Head of Training for preparation and supervision of all training courses provided by the Cabin Crew Training Organization in accordance with regulatory requirements.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Training and Training Manager, the successful candidate will:
  • Prepare and amend as appropriate, the Cabin Crew Training Organization (CCTO) manual.  Ensure all regulatory requirements in relation to cabin crew initial training are met and that each trainee has achieved the required standard.
  • Ensure that both CCTO and the airline cabin crew training is conducted to a high standard and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Research, develop and upgrade training methods and concepts to ensure best practice and maximum cost effectiveness for cabin crew initial training.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all cabin crew initial training records.
  • Liaise with the IAA on all regulatory matters pertaining to CCTO and the airline cabin crew training.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and IOSA expertixe to CCCTIs in developing / revising syllabus content for all cabin crew training.
  • Consult with the Chief Pilot, Head of Standards and Head of Training before any changes are made in emergency procedures or drills.


  • Currently employed as Chief Cabin Crew Training Instructor (CCCTI)
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and IOSA standards as they pertain to cabin crew initial/recurrent/conversion training.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • EU Passport Holder
