Zenon Aviation have been engaged to recruit a Charter Sales Manager for an established VIP and corporate jet aircraft management company based in the UK. The company has an expanding fleet of aircraft and are looking for an individual with the experience to develop the sales department to meet with the required needs of the organisation as it develops and grows.

The position requires an individual with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the VIP and corporate Jet charter sales market and has an excellent track record in developing business relationships with a high net worth client base. The successful candidate must be an effective manager with the skills to train new staff and motivate them to meet the sales requirements of a growing jet business. 

Responsibilities:

Review, design and implement the sales strategy for their charter sales team, based on knowledge of the company’s objectives, market characteristics, cost and mark up factors.

Travel to all the major sales exhibitions and support the global marketing campaigns of the company.

Work alongside suppliers and aircraft brokers to supply cost effective options for their clients and achieve customer satisfaction.

Analyse and grow the company’s business development function whilst monitoring market trends.
