Summary:

Aviation Labour Group is currently seeking for an experienced Certified Technician for our growing aviation client in Asia. This role will be a permanent full-time position with an immediate start.

This position is directly responsible to Lead Technicians and Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform the assigned maintenance activities as outlined in the applicable work order and as necessary to complete each task.
  2. Supervise and personally observe the work being done by Non-Certified Technicians to the extent necessary to ensure that it is being done properly and be available, in person, for consultation.
  3. Record work in progress, finished work, squawks generated during inspections, parts used, items removed and reinstalled: and all paperwork required by this repair station for the work performed.
  4. Ensure maintenance, preventive maintenance and/or alterations do not progress until IrvProgress Inspection requirements are satisfied.
  5. Ensure that all articles removed during maintenance are properly identified.
  6. Verify the currency and applicability of the technical data prior to commencement of maintenance, preventive maintenance and/or alteration activities.
  7. Ensure at the time of use that precision tools I test equipment are currently calibrated in accordance with applicable calibration intervals.
  8. Report any damaged or out of calibration precision tools / test equipment to the Stores Supervisor.
  9. Present completed paperwork to the Lead Technician and Inspector for processing;
  10. Ensure the security and proper use of their assigned stamps.
  11. Report serious failures, malfunctions or defects of articles discovered during maintenance preventive maintenance and/or alteration activities to the Director of Quality & Safety.
  12. Proactively identify and report deficiencies in its processes: products and/or services.
  13. Be familiar with the requirements of applicable CAAT regulations.
  14. Be familiar with the requirements of this RSQCM and the TPM, including all revisions and report any need for changes.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

To be considered for these projects, you must possess the following:

  1. Must have Thai CAAT License
  2. Aircraft certifying experience is required
  3. Corporate/executive jet experience is a plus
  4. Possess strong technical skills
  5. With at least 5 years of working experience as Aircraft Technician
  6. Must speak English and Thai fluently
