Our client, a rapidly expanding Cargo Airline is looking to recruit an experienced Cargo Sales Manager to be based at London Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to come in and hit the ground running. The Cargo Sales Manager will provide bespoke and targeted sales strategies to maintain and grow market share while ensuring excellent sales and account management to existing and future customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience as a Sales Manager
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Result driven
  • Commitment to the company (strategy, values, objectives)
  • Excellent communication skills

Main Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop all business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for the airline
  • Provide dynamic account management which ensures our clients Cargo are the go to provider for air cargo solutions
  • Ensure portfolio client base is aware and kept update with developments and services available via group airline
  • Develop business plans to maximise cargo revenues and identifies potential business opportunities
  • Generate management reports for performance and potential growth evaluation
  • Maintain and build upon relationships to ensure and maximise client base.
  • Provide feedback and potential improvements to customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
