BACKGROUND

Resource Group’s Flight Crew Services division (Contractair Ltd) is pleased to announce an A320 Captain Recruitment campaign on behalf of our client Wizz Air.

 

Wizz Air with its headquarters in Hungary, has significantly expanded its fleet during the last ten years to 67 A320 family aircraft. The company started its operation in May 2004 following Hungarian accession to the EU in April of the same year.

 

This value oriented airline has made flying affordable to citizens of Central and Eastern Europe and now reaches such destinations as Dubai, Malta, Madrid, Stockholm and Moscow, to name just a few.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

 

Operator: Wizz Air

 

Position: A320 Captain

 

Base of Operation: Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Latvia

 

License Requirements: Valid EASA Licence and First Class Medical

 

Commencement Date: Recruiting Now

 

Contract Duration: Permanent

 

Salary: Competitive Salary with factorised hours pay for Pilot Captain

 

Overtime: EURO 30 per night

 

Travel: ID travel on the Wizz Air network

 

Working Rotations: Rotations compliant with EASA Flight Time Limitations

 

Accommodation: Assistance with finding accommodation at base pilot captain.

HOTAC provided down route for Captain

 

Other Benefits: Liability Insurance and Medical Insurance

Access to group policy Loss of License and Income Protection scheme

 

Annual Leave: 20 days per annum

 

Candidate Experience: 3,500hrs on EASA 25 Turbo prop or turbojet, including 1000hrs Captain PIC hours on A320. Current within 6 months. Max age 62.

 

Screening Process: Captain A320 pilot interview and 2 days assessment in Budapest.
