Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Business development for all sectors within the aviation division
  • Maintain high level of communication with prospective clients
  • Carry out duties allocated by your Line Manager as part of the division's Sales & Marketing Plan
  • Use all company resources to generate leads
  • Identify sectors, products, target companies and projects
  • Take a pro-active approach to telephone sales and arranging client appointments
  • Undertake canvassing process in line with the group guidance notes
  • Maintain contact, build and maintain a good working relationship with prospective clients by way of pro-active telephone contact
  • Make initial contact with companies in accordance with team's sales plan.

Clients & Candidates

  • 100% business development role
  • Maintain a high and constant level of communication with potential clients and candidates
  • Take and record service orders from customer's either by phone or email and record all details on CRM System
  • Profile, interpret and agree customer requirements
  • Brief resourcers to find candidates suitable for customer requirements
  • Develop, monitor and maintain CRM System
  • Be responsible for Client and Candidate communication throughout all assignments
  • Networking calls for senior candidates
  • Increase commercial knowledge for relevant markets
  • Ensure regular update, maintenance and cleansing of CRM System to enhance Recruitment Process.


  • Meet and exceed personal revenue targets
  • Be aware of the sales revenue and gross profit generated
  • Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
  • Obtain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Key Performance Areas (KRA's) reports weekly and send to Director.

  • Comply and operate in line with company's procedures outlined in the BMS.


  • Previous recruitment experience (4+ years) or International Sales background
  • Aviation or Airline industry knowledge
  • Proven success when working within a target driven environment
  • Proven ability to generate new business in an international environment
  • Ability to work under pressure / to work towards deadlines / to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communicator, verbally/written and Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Confident telephone manner and strong presentation skills.


  • Driver
  • Current valid EU Passport holder
  • Additional EU Language and a Passion for Aviation.
