Client
My client is a specialist in aviation regulations, compliance and safety management, providing consulting, training and outsourced services to the world’s leading civil and defence aviation organisations in the design, production, maintenance and operations sectors of aviation.

The Role

The position is a key role as part of a growing and vibrant sales team. The position’s primary responsibility will be to develop revenue producing relationships and to achieve new business and account growth targets for in-company bespoke training courses. There is plenty of opportunity for a determined career orientated candidate looking to be successful.
At least 3 years’ experience in proactive sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and grow a pipeline of in-company training opportunities
Initiate proactive business development activity to win new clients
Protect and grow existing in-company training accounts
Develop compelling in-company training quotations and proposals
Collaborate with delivery consultants and other members of the BDM in order to build compelling training propositions
Conduct successful contract negotiations for in-company training sales
Use a consultative approach in order to fully understand and respond to client needs and develop trusted working relationships with clients

The Person
Required:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
A strong negotiator and determined to sell successfully
Passionate about making a difference and learning the technical product knowledge
Ability to write and present compelling proposals
Must be able to work under pressure
Self-motivated, focused, detail orientated, able to multi task and build relationships.

Additional Information:
Based: Chobham
Salary: C£35k + OTE £15k+
