My client is a world –class consultancy with the aviation industry. They are an ambitious company with an enviable reputation that have grown rapidly.
The role is a revenue targeted, sales fulfilment and administration role. It will involve processing ‘warm’ leads generated from a receptive and rapidly growing client base and be proactive in supporting the sales process.
Accountable for sales activities from responding to an initial enquiry through to processing a course booking
Be the first point of contact for all in-bound training enquiries (web, email, phone, and internal enquiries) and to ‘guide’ the clients decision making
Work with the specialist team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
Manage and convert leads list
Work closely with the business development team to develop pre-sales tools and processes that will ensure clients book on the most appropriate training course
Process and follow up enquiries
Be proactive in following up leads generated from focused marketing campaigns
Ensure all new enquiries and leads are logged on our CRM system
Responsible for reporting on Academy sales performance
A go get attitude with a willingness to sell and promote the training solutions
Must be a confident and collaborative team player
Have the ability to develop a deep understanding of the products and services, so that the breadth and depth of our service offering can be effectively communicated and understood by clients (extensive training will be given to the right person)
Strong verbal and written communicator with confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels in an organisation
Close attention to detail will be required in order to maintain the highest standards of sales administration
Sales orientated and driven by sales targets
A positive and happy self-starter with a ‘go get’ attitude
Client focussed with an excellent and courteous telephone manner
Well organised and proficient with IT systems
Have a flexible and dynamic work ethic
Have experience working in telephone sales
Salary: £20-£25k + OTE
