Position description

The E-Commerce Business Analyst actively contributes to different Scrum Teams within the largest Lufthansa Group (LHG) project. The main tasks are the analysis of the business needs, the elaboration of solution scenarios including user experience aspects, the specification of the requirements in the form of user stories. This position reports to the Team Leader Business Analysis and Projects within the Online Sales Products & Services department. It is located in Zurich-Kloten at the SWISS headquarter.

Your Duties

* Actively contribute to different Scrum Teams within the LHG E-Commerce Project to guarantee optimal integration, in close collaboration with different business division and project-teams of the program as well as the SWISS E-Commerce Team and the LHG Airlines
* Analyse the design, concept and requirements given by the program and ensure the new service integration is meeting the business and strategic requirements of the project
* Write new user stories based on design and solution documents, provided by the program
* Specify acceptance criteria for each user story
* Prioritize and groome backlog in your Scrum Team
* Review the day-to-day progress of the project and release initiatives with regard to time, budget, scope and quality, providing all time high quality integration support
* Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team

Requirements

* University degree or commercial education in the airline- or travel industry or Ecommerce unit
* Three years of experience in a product owner or business analyst role within an agile/lean environment
* Strong planning and organizing skills
* Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to clients and internal teams
* Experienced at and willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Stress tolerance
* Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
