Aircraft Avionic Mechanic required for Permanent position in Germany, Frankfurt, Hahn. This is great opportunity for someone looking for role in which they can grow and develop their career.

This is a permanent position, therefor accommodation and travel are not included.

Tasks, functions and responsibilities (minimum of five tasks):
· Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and work orders on aircraft in the avionics area
· Independent installation of components onto assemblies according to AwD and work instructions
· Installation tasks and function tests according to regulation
· Triage of unscheduled maintenance tasks
· Replacement of line replaceable units
· Wire routing and wire repairs
· Supportive activities during the conduct of repairs in the airframe area such as cleaning of avionic components
· Correct documentation of all maintenance tasks


Degree of education needed:
· Completed apprenticeship or training as an aircraft equipment electrician or related training and experience

Knowledge needed to be successful:
· Several years of experience in the maintenance of large civil aviation aircraft and in the avionics area
· Knowledge of aircraft systems and electric
· Skills in electronical tooling
· Skills in avionic test equipment
· Relevant knowledge in the airframe structure
· Knowledge and experience with manufacturers and aircraft documentation such as
· Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA)
· Good EDP skills
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English for correspondence

Specific licenses needed:
· Class B drivers license
· Comply with the requirements of a background check in accordance with LuftSiG

Soft skills needed to be successful (behaviour):
· Manual dexterity
· Confident decision-making and communication performance
· Readiness for team-oriented collaboration
· Great ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a conscientious, proactive work approach
· Readiness for travel and shift duty
