1. During a 1-2 week review of existing insurance procurement processes and contracts, provide insurance benchmark statistics for a mid-sized international airline i.e. insurance policies and related costs, credit terms, etc.
2. Provide benchmark statistics for aviation / non-aviation insurance policies package per employee category i.e. pilot, cabin crew, etc.
3. Evaluate the airline's insurance policy buying process and recommend best practice for domestic and international outstations
4. Identify potential opportunities and suggest a work plan of "next steps" in order to achieve industry best practice insurance processes.
Must have proven track record within the aviation insurance field; the ideal candidate will have additional consulting experience within this category.
