Assistant Manager Flight Operations Training & Licensing

Assistant Manager Flight Operations Training & Licensing reports to Sr. Manager Training Planning and is responsible planning all training requirements for cockpit crew in compliance with regulatory authorities, which include ground, simulator, line, recurrent, special training, and monitoring, tracking the same on day to day basis More specifically the Executive Flight Operations will

* Plan all ground, simulator, and line training as required for crew which will include Induction, Transition, CCQ training, recurrent, upgrade, special qualification(AWO,CAT II/III, LVTO, critical airfield, STOL.......etc) training.
* Follow up for documentation on completion of training and inform licensing personnel for processing the same for endorsement, renewal…..etc as required.
* Publish the monthly training plan in a timely manner to individual crew and CMS
* Follow up on day to day basis with crew rostering for adherence of the training plan and ensure all training & checking are completed within validity
* Update database on timely basis once all training & checking completed.
* Co-ordinate with vendor for training facilities, simulator slots as required.
* Liase with vendors for invoices towards services provided and then check for correctness of same and process for payment to finance, However if any discrepancy, same to be noted and rectified before processing for payment. A database to be made for same.
* Follow up with finance towards payment of vendor invoices.
* To highlight all unsatisfactory cases for remedial requirement which will then be recommended by Head-Training? After which same have to be planned accordingly and followed up for completion. Documentation to be checked as well.
* Any other duties as may be assigned by Chief Pilot Training.

Experience: Min 5-10 yrs (In Flight Operations Training)
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Professional Qualification: Knowledge in the DGCA CAR’s especially relating to Training & Licensing of Flight Crew (including Expats)
Well versed in MS office and good analytical skills
