Cobalt is looking for candidates to join the Technical Team as Assistant Maintenance Operations Controllers (AMOC). The Assistant Maintenance Operations Controllers will report to the MOC Manager.
Manage Aircraft Schedule Disruptions and recovery in consultation with Cobalt’s MOC Manager.
Handle unavailability process during AOG Situations and assist on the recovery process and Communicate any significant issues with MOC Manager.
Ensure capability on MRO line stations in relation to Licence coverage, maintenance limitations, parts supply when and if required.
Identify aircraft spare parts and tooling required for AOG recovery and communicate with Spares and Project Manager.
Control ADD/MEL items for parts/tools ordering and planned rectification.
PFR Monitoring for abnormal or repetitive messages.
Plan and lock in AIMS maintenance tasks as required.
Technical Logs daily review and raise correction requests as needed.
Report ADD/MEL operational limitations.
Daily morning report and hand over at end of shift.
Monitor and capture repetitive defects for review, with Cobalt’s Technical management for action plan.
Report any reliability issues to the MOC Manager that become apparent.
Provide advice guidance to Maintenance Repair Organisations as and when requested.
Monitor and Control OOP’s and W/O Status list for Cobalt’s Aircraft fleet.
Duty travel and Representative support, as requested by the MOC or Maintenance Manager.
Perform Daily and Weekly meetings with the contracted Maintenance Provider.
Monthly availability report update.
Carry out any other activity as directed by your MOC Manager.
CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:
European Part-66 Licence
Type Rating on A320 Family with V2500 and CFM-56 Engines
Experience in similar role will be beneficial
Minimum two years of experience on A320 family
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English is a must)
Excellent problem-solving and team working skills
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high-pressure and dynamic environment
Familiar and good knowledge on Microsoft office/Computer skills
