Job Title: AOG Logistics Executive
Hours: Shift work- Nights 4 on 4 off
Salary: £24,500- 26,000 depending one experience
Location: West Sussex
Our client is a leading global supplier of commercial aircraft components. They deal with the sale, exchange lease and repair of rotables. They now require a Customer Service Executive in West Sussex.
To interact between customer & customers freight agent for all collections worldwide during and outside of normal working hours
·To generate export customs invoice and collection note.
·Notify customer/freight agent of collection of their order.
·Arrange and scan export entry/AWB to system
·To interact with team members on order progress
·Airfreight/ADR HAZ packing
·Arranging of direct shipments and Imports
·Continuing with work from day shift when not arranging AOG shipments
·Working 4 on 4 off AOG 12 hour day shifts as laid out by the AOG Manager
·Any other role requested and deemed necessary by the AOG Shift/Team Leader, AOG Manager, Logistics Manager and Head of Operations
