Airport Services Officer (Heathrow Airport)

 


Job Requirements

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years

experience in relevant field

OR 2 years college diploma with 6 years of experience in relevant field

OR Secondary School Certificate with 8 years experience in relevant field plus

Certification or training in: Station Management (IATA Course), load control, acceptance of dangerous goods

 

 

  • Should possess efficient negotiation and communication skills at a senior level
  • Flexible, adaptable, determined and an innovative thinker
  • Be able to display strong management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Computer literate
  • Should be able to meet the demands of the operation, liaise with airline operators and manage Ground Handlers
  • Be able to manage service partners, their staff and other agencies in relation to flight activities
  • Be able to display excellent supervisory, time management and administrative skills including being computer literate
  • Be proficient in English
  • Be able to live and work in the UK
