Flybe is the UK’s largest regional airline, employing over 2400 people in the air and on the ground, across the UK and further into Europe. As well as employing over 500 people in Flybe Aviation Services, we also provide line maintenance to our own aircraft within the airline. This function requires support from Engineers and a range of support departments to ensure all our aircraft are maintained to the highest standard.
An opportunity has become available in our Airline Spares department for an Airline Spares Controller. This role will provide 24 hour support to the Airline Spares Team and Manager. The Controller will be expected to ensure the ready maintenance of stocks including delivery from external companies and the general upkeep of systems to account for the quality and quantity of tools and materials required by the Flybe Fleet. The role is an active business role where the successful candidate will be expected to monitor and evaluate the business needs of the department and liaise with stakeholders.
