My rapidly growing and very successful client is currently seeking an Airline Proposition Manager to join their team. This role can either be based in London or Switzerland - up to £55k + bonus.
The focus of this role is retail oriented, ensuring that in flight Wi-Fi connectivity and entertainment services are tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each airline client. You will be engaged in defining a state-of-the-art passenger experience for your customers.
You will liaise between all stakeholders, collating their inputs such as product management contributions, corporate strategic and tactical objectives, as well as the requirements of the client airline to provide a bespoke IFE/IFC solution.
There will up to 50% travel within this role
·Collate proposition requirements from the client
·Define bespoke end-to-end passenger proposition plans and objectives for each airline client in your client portfolio
·Present passenger proposition plans and negotiate buy-in from airline clients in order to meet set deadlines
·Oversee the complete roll-out and commercial performance of the passenger propositions per airline client on an ongoing basis, present KPIs at regular review sessions to airline clients as well as internally, and promote change management initiatives
·Support new business bids by coordinating all internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time and compliant submissions
Ideal candidate skills and experience:
·University degree or equivalent relevant work experience within aviation, entertainment, and / or telecom (namely ISP);
·Work experience within an airline overseeing the in-cabin connectivity and IFE propositions and customer experience is highly desirable but not mandatory;
·Extensive customer facing experience with a solid track record of leading post-sales delivery and advising B2B clients on the marketing of services to the retail market;
·Excellent management skills;
·Strong communication skills at all levels of an organisation.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
·Knowledge of the technical and commercial constraints of delivering services within an airline cabin environment.
