To cater for its current fleet and network expansion, AIR CARAIBES ATLANTIQUE, a full-service French airline, is looking for new Cabin Crew Instructors to join its Cabin Crew Management team. This position is based in Paris.

To join our team, you will need to demonstrate that:

-you are able to lead and inspire others
-you have a real passion for both Aviation and Customer Service
-you are able to performance-manage and motivate others
-you are reliable and capable of communicating our corporate vision
-you have a positive and resilient attitude and you are a genuine solution-seeker
-you have experience in project management and are computer literate
-you are both independent and able to work effectively within a team
-you are self-aware, comfortable with feed-back and open to change
-you are fluent in both French (B2++) and English (C1). Spanish would be appreciated.

You will need to send us a cover letter, a CV, your CCA form, your fitness to fly certificate (CEMPN) together with a copy of your European passport and evidence of your experience as on-board manager (ex : Purser) with an airline.
