For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position: Administrator Sales Back Office (m/f)

Your Tasks

- Analysis evaluations and prepare proposals for review

- Prepare and assist with GTA, SA, SL and the various agreements used in the department

- Assist with marketing functions within the department

- Assist with the coordination of the sales team

- Manage various reporting tools used for the sale team

- Assist and support onsite customers

- General administration for the office as directed including weekly reports

- Other duties as directed from time to time by the Commercial Director.

Your Profile

- Successfully completed commercial training, business studies or an equivalent qualification of a relevant subject.

- Experience in the areas of Sales and Customer Support of advantage

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- English speaking with a very good command of written and spoken knowledge of German of advantage

- Additional language(s) of advantage

- Readiness for team collaboration

- A conscientious and proactive work approach

- Ability to work under pressure, organize and coordinate

- Adaptability and flexibility

- Excellent communication skills
