Client:
Our client are looking for a part time Administrator to join there Fire Station department.

Main activities:
To provide operational support and co-ordination for the whole of Fire Station.

Supporting commercial activities and day to day operation if the Fire Station through the provision of high standard administration services.
Day to day office management including management of filling systems, maintenance if manuals and other key documents, distribution of incoming/outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and staff uniforms.

Key duties/responsibilities:
·The day to day management of all purchase orders, including, ordering of equipment, services, office stationery etc.
·Direct PA/admin to Fire Station Manager
·Support creation and revision of all internal documents
·Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
·Support to the Fire Station managers for Edays, overtime booking and recording, provision of amendment information to Payroll
·Support for internal and third party meetings, including room booking, catering and minute taking
·Ensure meeting outcome documents are circulated in a timely manner to all parties
·All administration support commercial activities including booking of trainers, scheduling attendees, ensure all required facilities are booked and all necessary equipment is provided. This is to include internal and external providers.
·Continuously explore ways to improve delivery to our customers and through this achieve excellence in training delivery and customer service
·Any other takes which may reasonably fall under the scope of Fire Station administration


Ideal candidate’s profile:
·Some experience in financial administration would be advantageous. Understanding of business and financial accounting processes
·Professional administration qualification desirable
·Academic/vocational qualifications – minimum GCSE (A-C) in relevant subjects/administration to advanced level required
·Flexible approach to duties
·Agrees clear and realistic expectations with stakeholders
·Articulates clear commercial context
·Seeks out and evaluates new opportunities to improve profitability
·Works with others to deliver the best possible results
