BaseLine on behalf of our client are recruiting for the position of Accountable Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Poland.
Main duties:
  • Day-to day management of airline operations;
  • Leading the team of operational managers of the airline;
  • Interaction with Group companies, service providers, local authorities;
  • Budget control and KPI monitoring;
  • Ensuring management of operational safety and security, supervision and control of operations and maintenance activities, compliance with standards of the company and requirements of the CAA and other applicable authorities.
Candidate requirements:
  • Have executive experience in managing an airline;
  • Have excellent planning and organization skills;
  • Be self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Have good working knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to the airline;
  • Have independent thinking with the ability to challenge current processes and suggest improvements;
  • Be fluent in English, Polish will be an asset.
