Account Manager – Flight Crew Services

 

 

Based in:                                              Zug, Switzerland

Reporting to:                                      Business Manager FCS

 

 

Resource Group is one of the leading and longest established providers of aviation technical personnel working in partnership with global commercial and general MROs, OEMs, airlines, corporate and VVIP operators. We pride ourselves with over a hundred years’ industry knowledge and with a progressive and supportive team culture that is cultivated by our experience aviation personnel.

 

 

We have a brand new opportunity for an ambitious and interpersonal Account Manager to join our well-established headquarters based in Zug, Switzerland. This job will involve large amounts of international travel.

 

As Account Manager, your main objective will be to grow our client relationships with Flight Crew Services as well as seek out and exploit opportunities for incremental business in conjunction with contractor management.

 

It is vital that you are a good communicator with excellent relationship building skills and, ideally, knowledge of the aviation industry. This is a progressive role, which has excellent development opportunities, and you will receive full training on our business processes and account management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

·         Maintain a consistently high level of customer and employee satisfaction

·         Develop a network of contacts in both customers’ and employees’ realm

·         Update databases and track business development through the CRM system

·         Regularly liaise with the line management and key stakeholders

 

 

 

 

To join us you will need:

 

·         Previous account management / recruitment experience and a track record in handling customer relationships

·         Previous experience of working within the aviation industry is highly desirable

·         Good command of English is essential, knowledge of a second language is advantageous

·         Willing to travel as well as work outside of set hours when it is required

·         Highly self-motivated while remaining a team player
