Job Accountabilities  

  • Make significant contributions to targets set for each financial year.
  • Provide support to the Trading Manager in all aspects of day to day trading. 
  • Conform to all company procedures as set down in the employment contract and the staff manual.  
  • Maintenance of existing client base. 
  • Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly into Axis and updated on a regular basis.
  • Speedy turnaround of new and existing client enquiries. 
  • Assist in the delivery of client care (birthday / Christmas)  
  • Ensure flight files are updated, invoiced correctly and reconciled post flight. 
  • All client interaction and information collected to be promptly and accurately stored within the CRM system

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of the needs of HNWI and our role in their lives 
  • Customer focused with excellent people skills 
  • Previous experience working in an international environment 
  • Previous customer service experience with the ability and confidence to sell 
  • High standard of literacy and verbal communication  
  • IT literate with the ability to learn the functions of a  new system 
  • Numerate, efficient, confident and accurate 
  • Logical approach to problem solving with consideration for the commercial effects of your decisions 
  • Competitive, highly motivated and a team player
