Aviation Labour Group is currently seeking experienced Account Manager for our aviation client. This role is going to be a permanent full-time position with an immediate start based in the Hong Kong China.

This role is directly reporting to VP Account Management & Customer Support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a first-in-class relationship with the client's airline customers.
  • Monitor and actively manage the contract to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Prepare and perform regular performance review meetings with our customers and identify areas of improvement or additional business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with supporting internal departments to ensure delivery of services to our customers.
  • Develop and manage improvement initiatives in response to customer feedback.
  • Negotiate with customer's contract amendments.
  • Make necessary recommendations to the management for any appropriate corrective actions, and help safeguard service and quality standards to ensure customers' needs are satisfied.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


To be considered for these projects, you must possess the following:

  • Must hold a recognized Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
  • Should have a minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within the airline industry (e.g. inventory management services or experience in technical customer service).
  • Excellent spoken and written English and knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
  • High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
  • Excellent service skills and customer oriented attitude with strong ability to build close relationships with customers.
  • Good knowledge of legal terms and conditions, with strong commercial sense.
  • Analytical, result-oriented and customer focus.
  • Good project management skills and problem solving attitude.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can represent the client in a consistent and professional way
  • Has willingness to travel within Asia/Pacific.
